VI. USE OF INFORMATION

A. The term "Your Information" includes any information that you, as a User, provide Buy-this-House.com though its “contact us” pages or in any public message area, if any, or through any email feature (defined herein as "Your Information").

XIX. NOTICES

Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 5 days after the date of mailing, if your address is located within the Continental US, or thirty (30) days if located anywhere else in the world.
